    Regular physical activity is good for your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

  • Help my child get active 

    Exercise in childhood is good for strength, co-ordination, fitness and maintaining a healthy weight. Research has also found it can help children with their mood, sleep, behaviour, performance at school and self-confidence.
