- Healthy tots - local services that provide support for 0 to 5 year olds, as well as the parents and carers who care for them.

- Leicestershire healthy schools - the Leicestershire healthy schools programme is here to support all Leicestershire and Rutland schools in creating a positive environment that improves the health and wellbeing of pupils, school staff and the wider school community and reduces health inequalities across Leicestershire and Rutland.
- NHS child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) - work with young people and their families with significant mental health difficulties with a moderate to severe impact on functioning which requires specialist mental health support.
- NHS start for life - trusted NHS advice and guidance to help you have a healthy and happy baby during pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
Child development
- NHS children's speech and language therapy resources - resources designed to support your child's communication and eating and drinking development. It is recommended that you only access the resources suggested to you by a speech and language therapist.
- NHS children's speech and language therapy service - a team of speech and language therapists and support workers who provide episodes of care to children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Support also includes eating, drinking and swallowing skills.
Maternal and perinatal support
- Maternity services - Maternity services for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
- NHS maternal mental health support - the maternal mental health team help women and birthing people with moderate to severe difficulties relating to birth trauma, baby loss and tokphobia. You'll need a health professional to refer you to this service.
- NHS perinatal mental health service - a team of health professionals that provide personalised and specialist care to people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who have moderate to severe mental health problems relating to pregnancy, childbirth and the first year following a child's birth. You'll need a health professional to refer you to this service.

- Family Hubs Leicestershire At the heart of our communities, our Family Hubs have been established to support families, children and young people across Leicestershire. Working with partner organisations our Hubs provide a one-stop shop and offer advice, information and resources to help families navigate every stage of life; from pregnancy, through your child’s early years, later childhood and into young adulthood.
- First Contact Plus Helps adults in Leicestershire find information about a range of services all in one place including housing, health, living independently, money advice, work, security and other topics.
- Health checks and advice Health advice for all ages including booking health checks.
- Public Health Directory of Services Provides information on services that support people to make healthier living easier.
- Women’s Health Hub Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance are pleased to introduce the new Women’s Health Hub, designed to improve access for patients with non-urgent women’s health concerns.
Communities
- Community Action Programme - brings together a series of connected initiatives designed to equip small and grassroots organisations with the skills, knowledge and support they need to help residents thrive and to ‘prevent rather than cure’ crime and disorder.
- Community safety agreement Leicestershire county - we work closely with a range of partners to help support community safety.
- Leicestershire Communities - Information, support and links to useful information for residents, communities and those involved in running community groups.
- Local area coordinators - aim to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
- Risk ready communities - a new programme to help communities tackle risks like flooding, power outages and disease outbreaks.
Homes and housing
- Housing advice - sources of information and advice for housing issues if you're a council tenant or living in supported accommodation.
- Housing Matters - providing support to individuals in maintaining their tenancy and gaining the skills to live as independently as possible.
- Leicestershire Fire & Rescue Service – Home Safety Checks - is a service which offers you advice on how to prevent fires and what to do in the event of a fire.
- Lightbulb The Lightbulb service helps support the residents of Leicestershire to remain safe and well in their own homes. Lightbulb brings together, a range of support such as aids and adaptations, energy advice, home safety, home improvements and support with the transition from hospital to home.
- Warm Homes - First Contact Plus Public Health runs the Warm Homes service for free advice and information on ways to reduce heating costs and to stay warm in your home.

- Alcohol – Help with alcohol problems Many people enjoy drinking alcohol, but for some it can cause problems for their health and well-being. This site provides information, advice and signposting to services.
- Gambling (NHS) – support and information If you are worried that you or someone you know in the workplace is gambling too often or for too long, we'd encourage you to talk to someone you trust and get support to make changes.

- Smoking - Quit Ready A service provided by Leicestershire County Council that welcomes anyone who wants to stop smoking.

- VASL - informing and supporting full-time and part-time carers to improve carers' quality of life, promote their health and well-being and make informed choices about their lives.

- Active Together - Steady Steps - free postural stability exercise programme for over 65s at risk of falling or have fallen less than 3 times in the past 12 months.

- Dying Matters in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland - improving end of life experiences for local residents, their families and loved ones.
Bereavement support
- LOROS bereavement hubs - drop-in sessions (no appointment needed) to anyone over 18 who has been bereaved, regardless of the cause. A place to access information, talk to others and share thoughts and feelings.
Cancer support
- Sue Young Cancer Support - cancer support services to support yourself and family during a difficult time.
Hospice support
- LOROS Hospice Care for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland - free, high quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers.
- Rainbows - caring for hundreds of families every year who have a baby, child or young person with a serious or terminal illness that means that their lives will be shorter than most.
Palliative care
- NHS Integrated community specialist palliative care service - a team of nurses and HCAs from LPT and LOROS who look after patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Mental health support - all ages
Advice, services and support
- Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT) - Find local information and support for your mental health.
- Samaritans - providing confidential, emotional support to those in need of a safe space to talk over problems, feelings, stress or anything that maybe worrying them, especially those in extreme despair.
- Tellmi - a free digital mental health service for adults and young people aged 11+ who live in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. Anonymous peer support, 365 days a year: Talk about whatever is on your mind with people who get what you are going through.
- Start a Conversation (SAC) - If you or someone you know is feeling sad or having a hard time, struggling with their feelings or thinking about suicide, there is help. You are not alone. The website includes information on common mental health issues, building resilience, supporting someone else and challenging misconceptions.
