Specialist Teaching Service
The Specialist Teaching Service is part of the Leicestershire Graduated Offer and offers free support and advice to schools and families about specific areas of SEND.

All children are entitled to a mainstream education, there are three main types of school in Leicestershire,

Further education for special educational needs and disabilities
When you reach 16 years old, you can choose to go on to get qualifications at a further education (FE) college or sixth form college.

If you’re disabled, you can get extra money and help so that you can study at university.
