I treat the children as individuals, with care and respect. I have a friendly, warm and welcoming family home. I follow the EYFS with all the children within the EYFS stages of learning, I have lots of resources to help children develop their learning all within a warm friendly home environment. I work alongside an assistant when I need an extra person. We have outdoor play in all weathers so children get fresh air and exercise, I also go out into the local community, to the shops etc,I have lots of outdoor toys all within my enclosed locked back garden. I am a non-smoker. I have an up to date first aid certificate, health and safety certificate and safeguarding children certificate as well as other recommended courses relating to childcare, I take online courses and attend webinars to help further educate myself and keep me up to scratch. I hold NVQ Level 3 and I am very confident in the job that I do. I like to have an open honest relationship with all my families and work alongside you as a family.. I also take school children to school and offer a collection service for the local school.
