I qualified as a nursery nurse in August 1998, holding a BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies. I have worked in a nursery environment for the past 11 years, gaining many skills and experience. I have a separate playroom and facilities in my home that have been allocated for the children I care for, which offers a range of appropriate resources and experiences. The playroom opens onto an outdoor play area where there is a variety of toys and equipment for the children to explore outdoor play.
