Ashby Court Limited enables retired people to maintain their independence and to live in their own home for as long as possible.

Ashby Court is a complex of 50 self contained apartments purchased on a Lease Agreement for those aged 55 or over. There are a number of one bed-roomed and two bed-roomed apartments set over three storeys, with a lift to each level.

Ashby Court has a dining room which serves a three course lunch on a daily basis and also offers an active social calendar for those who wish to get involved. Each owner has their own front door and letter box n with a fob operated door entry system and CCTV cameras.

Ashby Court has a team of Duty Managers who are on-site 24 hours a day. If an owner has a problem they are secure in the knowledge that a member of staff will be with them in a matter of minutes.
