At Briars Barn we are keen to ensure that everyone who works with us or visits us knows they can all make a difference and can contribute. We have extensive experience in supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism, communication and sensory difficulties, and behaviours that may challenge.
We are a busy and active workplace which offers person centred support to enable adults to gain experiences from one or more of the following:
And so much more! Our first step is to get to know you and understand what you want to achieve through a personal assessment. You will have opportunities to work in small teams; dependant on the support needed we may be able to offer 1:1 support. Charges do apply and can vary dependant on your needs. We are open Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm, 52 weeks of the year.
