Charnwood Lifeline is an emergency response service with help always at hand, at the touch of a button. This chargeable service is available to anyone living within the Borough of Charnwood. The emergency response service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for anybody who wants that extra bit of reassurance or assistance in an emergency.
A lifeline alarm unit is installed in your home activated by a wearable pendant alarm. A call is made simply by pressing the pendant or red button on the alarm unit.
