Get Yourself Active is a national scheme funded by Sport England, coordinated by Disability Rights UK and delivered locally by LCIL. Get Yourself Active offer support and advice for disabled people to get physically active.

We work with individuals to find out what they would like to do and find suitable activities local to them.

We look at all levels of ability and look at traditional and non-traditional methods of getting active (i.e. gardening, singing, walking etc). We do not require any form of referral.
