Increased restrictions for Leicester and parts of Leicestershire

We provide free respite breaks in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland for children aged 8 to 11 who may face difficult circumstances at home.

The children we support may live in a low-income family, have suffered a bereavement, be a child carer looking after a parent or sibling, or need a break for a host of other reasons. The holidays we offer at outdoor centre's have a huge impact on their young lives, and parents benefit too – they get a break which relieves pressure and strengthens family bonds.

We have provided more than 60,000 free holidays for young children since 1898 and were formerly called Leicester Children’s Holiday Centre Mablethorpe. Our close-knit committee of trustees have strong connections with the local community and business networks.
