Medequip Assistive Technology is the provider of the Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service (ICELS) for adults, children and young people in community, care and education settings.The service is provided to residents on behalf of Leicestershire County Council and the NHS.Following an assessment, equipment will be provided on loan to support independent living.
