We are Mosaic 1898; a Leicestershire based charity working to provide life-enhancing services, care and opportunities for disabled people (and all those supporting them), promoting inclusion, equality, independence, choice, empowerment, respect and dignity for all.

Our services aspire to enhance the lives of disabled children and adults through meaningful activities, and accessible pursuits where people develop life skills, build relationships, and share experiences.

We provide adult day services, home care services, accessible boat trips, and disability friendly holidays for adults living with Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, dementia, and any other life limiting health condition. We also offer short breaks children's services.

As a recognised and established framework provider we accept referrals from Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council, and the NHS, we welcome self-referrals too.

Our passionate frontline and office teams are experienced in supporting adults with mild to the most complex of needs. We strive to be truly inclusive and work with local partners to deliver accessible opportunities and life experiences everyday - from crafting, baking, and picnics in the park to roller-skating, bell-boating, and outdoor pursuits like zip-wiring and abseiling.
