Oak Court - Extra Care Housing Scheme

Oak Court is a purpose built extra care scheme providing 50 one or two bedroom self-contained flats for rent and many of the flats have balconies or patios.  Oak Court has on-site care staff (24 hours / 7 days a week with a non-resident management staff and Careline alarm service.

There are a range of communal spaces for you to enjoy with other residents including a dining room, garden, activities room, hairdressing salon, assisted spa bathroom, library, shop, cinema, hairdressers and guest suite.  The communal gardens are split into different areas to allow quiet enjoyment, social activities, gardening and seating areas.  There is ease of access both inside and outside for those with lower mobility.

Our tenants are predominantly over 55 years of age, but we also welcome younger people with a disability.
