SANE is a leading UK mental health charity improving quality of life for anyone affected by mental illness.  We run a telephone helpline, forum and text message support service.

SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers over the age of 16. We are open every day of the year from 4.30pm to 10.30pm on 0300 304 7000.

We provide platforms for peer-to-peer support, for the exchange of ideas and guidance. We encourage new members to join our online Support Forum and feel part of a supportive safe space to chat to people who understand your experiences.
