A unique and refreshing approach to day care respite services for people living with dementia. We are changing the way dementia day care services are delivered across the Leicestershire area. We dedicate our time ensuring that our clubs are equipped to meet varied requirements from individuals who need different levels of support. At The Rainbow Care Group, our mission is to provide individualised, person-centred care to people living with dementia in the community. We take pride in placing the person we are caring for at our dementia day clubs, and involve them in the planning and delivery of their support plan, ensuring our care services are dedicated and dignified. We always promote independence and enable people to participate in social interaction and meaningful, purposeful activities. Our priority is to support those living with dementia to maintain the best quality of life possible whilst staying in the place they call home. Clubs run in various locations from 10am - 4pm giving carers a full day of much needed respite. We provide full personal care for those who may need it. Free taster days available to all that would like to try our club.
