The 2025 roadshows are available to book your place now.
What is a SEND Local Offer Roadshow?
Our roadshows bring together services which support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their families, all in one place.
They are family-friendly events held in venues throughout the county, accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs. We welcome children and young people to attend with their parents and carers.
The roadshows can sometimes be noisy due to the amount of people attending. If you have sensory needs, it may be advisable to bring ear defenders with you.
Who will be there?
We have various stall holders which include representatives from health, local authority and voluntary sector services. We hope to share the confirmed stalls as soon as possible.
Our partner organisations are there to welcome, support and provide you with useful information. You can wander around at your own pace, ask questions, take leaflets, and learn about provision available in Leicestershire.
Lots of different organisations in one area. Nice to be able to talk to them face to face.

Who can be a stall holder?
Any Local Offer providers who are a registered charity or business are welcome to hold a stall demonstrating their role in Leicestershire’s Local Offer to children and families with SEND. Stalls should promote the provision or service provided and should not promote any political or religious beliefs. For more information contact Leicestershirelocaloffer@leics.gov.uk
Attending a roadshow
You can book your place ahead of the roadshow or just turn up on the day. It is a drop-in event where you can come and go as you please.
