I have been a childminder for 9 years. I have 4 boys 11, 7, 6 and 2. We also have a dog, called Bobby, and chickens. I have completed a BTEC in childcare studies and am currently attending various courses for the new EYFS curriculum that I have to follow. I have a playroom for the children which is filled with toys for all ages. I also have a big back garden with lots of outdoor toys. I offer a safe and caring environment and find working with children very rewarding. Part of my childminding week includes craft making, visiting mums and tots, a walk to the park a visit to the library, baking, helping prepare snacks, visiting the woods, play areas.
