Bonney Care Agency is an independent provider of day care support services in Leicestershire.
We can support people with physical disabilities, sensory impairment, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and/or complex co-morbid conditions such as mental health problems, challenging behaviour and personality disorder.
We accept referrals from Adult Social Care and from people funding their own support.
Our services are based on a thorough individual assessment of user needs and risks, the findings from which are drawn together in comprehensive support plans to ensure that services are tailored and our interventions accountable.Our clients are allocated a key worker, who has lead responsibility for coordinating the programme of day care and for the service user’s general welfare.
Our services are supported by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on-call service provided by senior managers.
