Broadoak Group of Care Homes

Broadoak Group of Care Homes provides residential support to younger adults with learning disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, complex needs and those who present behaviours of concern. The organisation has 18 years experience of providing care and support to people with a diagnosis of moderate to severe Learning disability in 5 services in Nottinghamshire.

Orchard Lodge is in Market Bosworth registered with CQC for 6 people, all bedrooms are en-suite, there is also a communal bathroom. There are 2 lounges and a dining room which provide a large communal space for relaxation and activities. There are 2 kitchens within the home to support independence skills and development. There is a secure garden area for relaxation, activities and gardening projects. Transport is provided, although the home is on local bus routes and a short walk from the town.

The home implements the Active Support programme to encourage individuals in developing life skills to maintain and gain independence and a sense of purpose in life, this also monitors and records activities and tasks people are involved in to identify development and success.
