CHS Healthcare has been working with the NHS since 2002 to help people in Leicestershire find the right care home or to arrange care and support in their own homes.
Finding a care home
Each family is given their own independent care and support advisor. They can advise you about which care homes will meet your care needs and personal preferences. We can help with all the arrangements including transport and care home visits.
Care in your own home
We regularly liaise with care agencies to arrange packages of care to support people living in their own home.
Our specialist, independent service is completely free for self funders (people funding their own care) or those getting financial support from their local authority. Find more information on our website or just contact us.
