CareCalls helps vulnerable people remember to do important things (eg taking medication) and checks that they are safe. CareCalls helps people with dementia, diabetes, Parkinsons, brain damage and many other mental and physical conditions.

CareCalls works by delivering reminders and check-ins via landline, mobile or specialist device. We can deliver as many calls as are needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When a call is answered we play a message reminding the listener to perform a task. If they don’t answer a call, responsible stakeholders (eg family, carers or care providers) can be informed.

The service is available on a month by month subscription basis.  See our website page for more information on paying for CareCalls.

Our service is available to individuals funding their own care as well as health and care providers and local councils who wish to provide this to individuals as part of a care and support plan.
