Our day service is based at a well equipped, community centre and provides respite for carers and support to people living with dementia. Working closely with local community services, GPs, nursing and residential homes, our dedicated team provide a unique, high quality service to improve the quality of life for older people through independence and social integration to overcome loneliness and isolation.
