We offer swimming, with access for all ages and abilities, a fitness suite with access for all abilities for 14 years and above, badminton courts which can be used for badminton, short tennis, table tennis, football, children's parties and children's holiday activities including roller skating.
On Thursday we offer specialist sessions for users with disabilities include a sports hall session using bouncy castle and soft play shapes and bikes and Saturday evening: a free disabled swim session.
