A little about Purplecare
We aim to facilitate an environment which will allow each client to reach their full potential and to access as much as the community and what the world as to offer
Our approach is a very active lifestyle maximising on the outdoors , long walks , discovering new places , climbing , picnics running along the beach . There is not a day goes by without some trip outdoors so we need sun cream and wellies
Many times we see a client with LD not be given freedom that a support worker is glued to their side , we risk assess environments so our clients can have safe freedom and space
All clients regardless of their capacity can make choices and each client will be given the opportunity and have an environment personised to their needs in order for choices to be made , this is achieved by having defined areas in each property , this is where we eat , this is where we sleep , this is where we chill out this is where we do activities
If a client has a particular interest then we will incorporate in to the care plan
Many of our clients come to us with negative labels , it is our aim to not add any more negative labels this is achieved by buildi
