RISE - Resilience * Independence * Self-reliance * Empowerment
RISE is a group for young adults aged 18-25, with additional needs who are making the transition from children’s services to adult services. The group aims to engage positively with the young people in an age appropriate, creative and innovative way, that will empower them and increase their self- esteem.
