I offer counselling from a home to home setting, for adults and young people alike who are looking for support, help with coping mechanisms or just someone to help understand who you are and what you're going through.

I work creatively around your needs from therapy, it could be that you don't have the word but express better though a more creative method of communication. We work together to unpack your life journey so far and see how this may be affecting your life and relationships in the here and now and lesson the affect on your future.

I work with both short term clients and long term, depending on what you need from our work together.
