Approved premises licence

To hold a marriage or civil partnership ceremony in Leicestershire a venue must have an approved premises licence, which we issue.

  • A licence costs £1,650.
  • To add a room mid-licence is £450.
  • The licence lasts for 3 years.

The application pack contains details on the criteria that your premises must meet. Please ensure you have all the evidence listed in the checklist before applying.
