The North & East Melton Mowbray Distributor Road (NEMMDR) is a major road scheme in Leicestershire aimed at reducing congestion in the town centre, as well as supporting growth in local employment and enabling local housing delivery.

The A511 major road network (MRN) growth corridor scheme proposes to make improvements to 9 locations between the A42 junction 13 near Ashby-de-la Zouch and the A50 Field Head roundabout (east of the M1 Junction 22).

The Parade, Oadby CYCLOPS junction scheme proposes to upgrade the junction of the A6 (Leicester Road and Harborough Road), joining Regent Street, Stoughton Road and The Parade.
