This talk by Marr Beamish MA (Cantab) MClFA will focus on Brooksby Quarry and the archaeological work that was done there from 2007-2020. There is evidence of early human occupation in the area thought to be from the Lower Paleolithic period. The talk will include what the evidence is, how it was found, and what it might mean.
