Pay an invoice
Information you’ll need:
- Your invoice number
- Your customer number
These can both be found in the top right corner of your invoice.
If you have been paying invoices by Direct Debit or any other method then you must cancel these before paying online.
How to pay an invoice
Enter your invoice and customer numbers to see a list of any current invoices. Provide your email address to receive a confirmation email after payment.
You can select any invoice and enter the amount that you’d like to pay. You can then pay by entering your card details.
You can print the confirmation page, or make a note of the transaction number for your records if you've not provided your email address.
It can take up to 2 working days after paying an invoice for our records to update.
Cards we accept
We accept major credit and debit cards including:
- Visa
- Maestro
- Mastercard
Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Cards.
