Clubs, activities and short breaks for children with special educational needs and disabilities.

You can find clubs and activities for children and young people with a special educational need or disability, in Leicestershire and throughout the UK.

After school and breakfast clubs offer childcare for school-age children and young people before and after the school day. They’re sometimes called ‘out-of-school care’ or ‘kids clubs’. They may be run privately or by schools.

There are lots of groups in Leicestershire for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Families living in Leicestershire who care for a child or young person with disability aged up to 18 years can apply for a short break from their caring responsibilities.
