Apply for a charity waste permit

Charities can request an appointment to visit Whetstone Transfer Station.

The charity waste permit scheme is suspended until further notice, but you can request an appointment to tip - see below.

As we continue to use a booking system to manage waste site visits, charities can now request an appointment to visit Whetstone Transfer Station only.

Complete the online request form below and a member of the waste team will get in touch to arrange a slot for you to tip your waste at Whetstone Transfer Station.

How to apply

Please apply at least 5 working days before you want the appointment.

This is an online request process. You will require the following items:

  • A copy of your Waste Carriers Licence ready to upload
  • Vehicle registration and details
  • Your registered charity number

You will be required to accept the Recycling and Household Waste Site Rules and the Terms and Conditions of Access and Use - please see below:

When applying you will also be asked to confirm that you accept how we process your application data - please read the Fair Processing Notice for charity waste permits.
