Human Resources Organisational Development Business Partner
£59,580 – £65,550 per annum
As the HR lead for ESPO, you’ll be providing advice and guidance on fast paced, commercial HR decisions, supporting them to invest in their people.
For the council’s Adults and Communities and Public Health departments, you will develop and implement medium and long-term effective human resources and organisational development solutions to support the delivery of departmental services.
You’ll also be the strategic lead on recruitment, retention, and workforce planning - one of the key workstreams within Leicestershire County Council’s People Strategy. This includes working on projects focused on ways of working, and diversity and inclusion, building on our already strong foundations in these areas.
