Contact Adult Social Care Customer Service Centre, if you:

  • need to report abuse of an adult at risk 
  • are receiving support from Adult Social care and your needs have changed and you
  • don’t have an allocated social care worker
  • have any other enquiry about Adult Social Care

Emergencies / out of hours

Telephone the Emergency Duty team on 0116 255 1606 if you need to speak to adult social care outside of normal office hours.

Local Social Care Offices

If you or the person you know has an allocated social care worker, contact them at your local adult social care office.

Leicestershire County Council’s local social care offices are open:

  • Monday to Thursday,  8.30am to 5pm
  • Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
