If your Blue Badge has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact our Customer Services to request a replacement by completing our Customer Services online contact form and send us the details of your enquiry.
Misuse of a badge
If you think a Blue Badge is being misused, please tell us by completing:
To help us identify the badge holder, we’ll need as much of the following information as possible:
- name or address of the badge holder
- serial number of the badge (visible through the windscreen when the badge is in use)
- place where the badge is regularly used
- vehicle registration number
- description of the driver or car
- date and time you saw this
